Bonus codes — read the terms, not the headline.
A rummy platform bonus is rarely a gift. Welcome offers carry playthrough requirements, time limits and game restrictions that determine whether the headline number ever reaches a withdrawable balance.
Anatomy of a rummy bonus
A regulated Indian rummy platform will display three things about any bonus offer: the headline number, the playthrough multiple, and the eligible game list. The desk reads those three in that order.
Headline number
The headline is the cash bonus credited on top of the qualifying deposit. A "100% up to ₹5,000" offer credits up to ₹5,000 in bonus balance for a ₹5,000 first deposit, locked behind the playthrough term.
Playthrough multiple
The playthrough is the number of real-money rummy hands the player must complete before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. A 5x playthrough on a ₹5,000 bonus requires ₹25,000 in eligible real-money stakes to clear.
Eligible-game list
Most bonuses restrict eligibility to a small list of formats: typically 13-card points rummy at a maximum point value. High-stakes pool rummy and deals rummy are usually excluded.
How to read the small print
The desk treats the following four items as the minimum disclosure an offer page must state plainly:
- The playthrough multiple, stated as a number (e.g. "5x").
- The eligible-game list, named by variant and point value.
- The time limit, stated in days from bonus credit.
- Whether the bonus may be withdrawn mid-playthrough on a pro-rata basis.
Editorial flag — promotional banners without a playthrough number
If a banner offers a bonus but does not disclose the playthrough multiple on the same page, the desk treats this as an editorial red flag until the operator publishes the term on the offer T&Cs page.
Editorial reading of bonus pages
Where the desk covers an operator's bonus, the explainer names the operator, names the bonus, quotes the playthrough multiple, and walks through a worked ₹5,000 clearing example. The explainer then repeats the eligible-game list and the time limit. No bonus code on this site unlocks a hidden offer; every code is the public welcome code on the operator's own site.
