Wild-joker clause revised in two state rulebooks

The wild joker is the card drawn from the closed stock after the shuffle and revealed to all players. It substitutes any missing card in a group or impure sequence but cannot appear in the finish group of a valid declaration. Two state-level federations have published revised wording this season clarifying the wild joker's role when both printed jokers are also drawn.
